This is the set of guidelines adopted to combat Spam. It is an integral part of the SafetyMails Terms of Use.
In order to be in harmony with the best practices of email marketing and the Can-Spam Act of 2003, and establish a relationship of trust, privacy and transparency, SafetyMails publishes its anti-spam commitment.
Transactional emails
SafetyMails, in order to comply with its service and to ensure contractual and post-contractual performance regarding its service, sends transactional emails to its customers for various purposes, such as maintenance notices , reminders of payments, among others.
Email marketing
SafetyMails recipients, originated through its website, its landing pages or register in their system, receive e-mail messages with market news, articles, newsletters, materials, offers, discounts, among others. These recipients have agreed to receive our emails and are in no way part of the bases of purchased emails. We reject this behavior
We do not send e-mails with attachments.
Data protection
SafetyMails guarantees that the data of its recipients (emails, names, etc.) will not be divulged, shared, sold or leaked. Such information exists in the SafetyMails databases and will only be used for the best relationship between SafetyMails and its customer base and subscribers.
Any communication actions will happen within the e-mail marketing best practices.
Opt-out
All emails sent by SafetyMails have an unsubscribe link, giving recipients the right to request the immediate cancellation of new email messages.
If you do not wish to use the unsubscribe link provided in the Email body, in the footer area, recipients can send an email to [email protected], requesting unsubscribe and it will be made within 3 business days.
Customer orientations
SafetyMails seeks to guide all its customers in order to clarify the harm of sending unsolicited messages. We understand that this practice is invasive and inappropriate.
