📌 What is Email Finder?
The tool uses:
• First name
• Last name
• Company domain
In addition to searching for possible addresses, the system performs a complete technical validation before displaying the result.
⚙️ How Email Finder works
• The system analyzes the domain entered
• Identifies possible email patterns used by the company
• Generates the corresponding address (when possible)
• Performs complete technical validation
This validation includes:
• Syntax verification• Domain existence
• Email server analysis
• Risk classification
In other words, it is not just an attempt to generate an email—there is a technical check before the final return.
⏳ How long does it take for the result to appear?
The result may take a few minutes, as the process involves:
• Domain analysis
• Pattern identification
• Email generation
• Real-time technical email validation
For more complex domains, the time may be longer.
💳 How to purchase credits to use in Email Finder
Credits can be purchased in two ways:
• One-time purchase of credits
• Monthly subscription
Purchased credits can be used for both:
• Email verification (lists or real-time API)
• Use of Email Finder
There are no separate credits for each tool. The balance is unique within the account.
📌 What is the difference in consumption between email verification and Email Finder?
In traditional email verification, the credit is used to validate an existing address.
In Email Finder, the process involves two steps:
• Identification of the possible corporate email based on name + domain
• Complete technical verification of the generated email
In other words, Email Finder requires more technical steps than a simple verification, which justifies the difference in how credits are debited.
💳 How credit consumption works
• Corporate email found → full consumption (e.g., 7 credits)
• Domain identified as risky → reduced consumption (e.g., 1 credit)
• Invalid or non-existent domain → reduced consumption (e.g., 1 credit)
• No email found → 0 credits (no cost)
When no email is found in a valid domain, there is no charge.
🗂️ Where the results are available
• Review
• Download
• Future reference
Does Email Finder have an API?
Email Finder is used exclusively within the platform and does not have its own API.
If you need automatic validation in forms or external systems, the recommended solution is the real-time email verification API, which is a different feature.
🚧 Important limitations
• Does not perform bulk extraction
• Does not scrape websites
• Does not collect data automatically
Each search is individual and depends on:
First name + Last name + Domain
🧩 How to correctly fill in the domain
Correct
company.com
company.com.br
weg.net
Incorrect
https://empresa.com
www.empresa.com
company.com/page
If you include "https://," "www," or "/," the system may return an error.
Example of correct usage
Last name: Silva
Domain: example.com
The system:
• Analyzes the domain
• Identifies email patterns
• Generates possible addresses
• Performs technical validation before displaying the result
• The domain has been typed incorrectly
• The domain has no extension
• The domain does not actually exist
Quick summary to avoid mistakes
• You have only entered the domain
• You have included the extension (.com, .net, .com.br)
• You have removed https://
• You have removed www
• You have not pasted the full URL
By following these guidelines, Email Finder will work correctly and you will avoid unnecessary credit consumption due to filling in errors.
Why is 1 credit consumed when the domain is invalid?
During the process, SafetyMails performs:
• Domain existence check
• DNS query
• MX record analysis
• Validation to identify whether the domain is able to receive emails
This step corresponds to a complete technical verification of the domain. In other words, there was actual processing and analysis of the email infrastructure.
For this reason, the minimum credit consumption (e.g., 1 credit) is applied, as the verification service was effectively performed.
When no email is found in a valid domain, there is no charge.
But when the domain is invalid or classified as risky, there is technical analysis and, therefore, minimum consumption.
🔍 What happens if no email is found
• The system reports that there were no results
• No credit is debited
