Validating your mailing lists with SafetyMails is a smart investment to improve your email marketing campaigns. By eliminating invalid addresses, your messages reach the right audience more effectively, significantly increasing delivery rates and trigger efficiency.

This practice reduces the risk of rejection and protects the sender's reputation, preventing your emails from falling into the spam folder. In addition, continuous validation of the base enables more segmented and assertive campaigns, contributing to a better allocation of resources and investments. It also becomes easier to identify and neutralize suspicious activity or fraud, raising the security level of your database.

  • Increased delivery rate;
  • Reduced bounce rate;
  • Resource savings;
  • Protection of the sender's reputation.

  • Each verified email consumes 1 credit.

📌This feature is ideal for those who want to validate a few emails without having to upload a file.

3. File Upload

  • Access the platform and click on "Validate a list".
  • Select the "File Upload" option.
  • Choose a file in .csv or .txt format and check the list preview to see if there are enough credits for validation.
  • Wait for processing and click on "Start Validation".

4. Initial processing

Verification begins with the following steps:
  • Syntax mapping and RFCs;
  • MX verification and domain correction;
  • Identification of risk registers;
  • Generation of the preliminary report.

5. Upload lists via integration

For those who host their email lists on CRM, marketing automation and email marketing platforms, SafetyMails offers the option of integration for validating these lists in a simple and automated way.

Simply authorize SafetyMails to access your lists and, after verification, the results will be returned directly to your platform.

📌 Compatible platforms

The integration currently works with the following platforms:

ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, SharpSpring, Campayn, GetResponse, Elastic Email, Keap and SendGrid.

6. Preliminary Report

As soon as the initial processing is finished, the platform provides a preliminary report with the first results of the validation of your list.

We recommend waiting for the in-depth analysis to get a full report. The analysis can take up to 1 hour. If you wish, you can close the platform and we'll send you an email notification as soon as it's ready.

7. Deadline for validating mailing lists

Most lists are validated within a few minutes. In more complex cases, with emails that are difficult to diagnose, our system carries out in-depth revalidations to ensure maximum accuracy.

Even so, you don't have to wait: you can download the preliminary results while the full analysis continues in the background. More agility without sacrificing quality.

8. Results and Reports

SafetyMails classifies email verification results into different statuses to facilitate analysis and decision-making. The main statuses are: valid, invalid, acceptable with reservations and potential risks. Each of these groups offers a clear view of the condition of the emails analyzed, allowing you to maintain a clean contact base, reduce bounces and increase the deliverability of your campaigns.

In addition to the main statuses, the reports also point out specific details such as the presence of spamtraps, invalid domains, temporary emails, disabled inboxes and much more.

The full breakdown of all status types, interpretations and recommendations is available in the report analysis documentation.
