What happens after you upload your list?

Once the file is sent and passes the initial technical review, SafetyMails automatically begins processing the verification.

Within minutes, the Preliminary Report is available.

This report can be accessed at any time on the platform and already shows:
• The status of emails that have been quickly identified
• The initial classification by category
• A graph with the partial results
• The progress bar indicating how many emails will still undergo in-depth analysis

In other words, the customer begins to have real visibility of the list's quality almost immediately.

  What is the Preliminary Report?

The Preliminary Report is the first consolidated stage of verification.

In it, we report:
• Emails already classified as valid
Email Bounce
• Low deliverability
• Risk
• Unknown

At this point, part of the database has already been analyzed based on structural validations, syntax, domain, MX records, technical rules, and cross-references with our database.

At the same time, some emails proceed to an additional stage of analysis.

What does "In-depth analysis in progress" mean?

Some addresses require more advanced verification.

These are cases that present greater technical complexity, such as:

• Servers with non-standard responses
• Specific protection settings
• Domains with intermittent behavior
• Structures that require additional validation

These emails go through an advanced verification algorithm, which requires more processing.

For this reason, the platform displays a progress bar indicating how many emails are still undergoing this step.

In most cases, this additional analysis takes only a few minutes. In specific situations, it may take longer for all tests to be completed.

Can I export the preliminary report?

Yes.

Even with deep analysis in progress, it is already possible to export the results.

However, we recommend waiting for the deep analysis to complete whenever possible, so that even the most complex emails are classified correctly and the report is fully consolidated.

Is the Preliminary Report already reliable?

Yes.

It already contains actual and processed results.

The difference is that there are still emails going through the advanced validation stage, which may alter small percentages in the final result.

Therefore, the in-depth report represents the most complete version of the analysis.

  Is the In-Depth Report mandatory?

You don't need to activate anything manually.

In-depth analysis is part of the standard SafetyMails process. It happens automatically after the preliminary report.

The goal is to ensure maximum accuracy, especially in more complex cases.

  Do you use more credits?

No.

The complete verification—including in-depth analysis—is part of the same validation process.

In addition, there is an important point:

Emails that remain in PENDING status after all verification attempts do not consume credits.

This occurs when, even after multiple technical attempts, it is not possible to obtain a conclusive response from the destination server.

Usually, this percentage is small, varying around 1% to 3% of the base.

We do not charge credits in these cases.

This is SafetyMails' commitment to transparency and fairness in billing.

  Why might the report change?

During in-depth analysis, some emails initially classified may have their status adjusted.

This happens because:
• Advanced validation collects additional information
• The server may respond differently after new attempts
• More comprehensive tests are performed

This update is natural within the process and ensures greater accuracy in the final result.
