How the credit subscription works

The credit subscription allows SafetyMails customers to automatically receive credit every month in their account for the continuity of the email validation service.This makes day-to-day life very practical, as the customer has no worries and can always have the SafetyMails service available.What's more, the subscription has an advantage in terms of cost, as the prices are more affordable. Among the practical uses of the credit subscription are:


  • Real-time API for checking emails - To keep the real-time API active, you must have a monthly or annual subscription.
  • Email list validation - For companies that have a recurring demand for email validation, the subscription allows you to always have credits available in your account at a better cost.

How to access your monthly subscription data

See how to view your monthly credit subscription information, including status, contracted plan, upcoming charges and automatic recharge settings. This control is essential for tracking your consumption and keeping the SafetyMails email validation API active.

1. Access the Account Center

In the platform's top menu, click on Account Center and select the Registration Data option.

2. Go to "Monthly subscription"

Within the Registration Data screen, scroll down to the Monthly Subscription section to view the full details of your plan.

3. Check your subscription details
In this section, you can check or change


  • Status: current subscription status (active, inactive, etc.)
  • Contracted plan: monthly volume of credits purchased
  • Plan price: subscription price (monthly or yearly)
  • Payment method: confirm or change the payment method (boleto or credit card).
  • Credit card: Add or delete a credit card
  • Next recharge: date of the next automatic credit release
  • Next due date: date of the next subscription charge


If Automatic Recharge is active, information about its configuration will also be available.

📌 Tip: Credits not used during the month are accumulated for later use.
