Invoice at SafetyMails
This article explains how invoices work at SafetyMails, when they are issued, where to find them, and what to do if the invoice is not available.
When is the invoice issued?
The invoice is issued immediately after payment confirmation.This applies to:
- Credit card payments (after approval)
- PayPal payments (after confirmation)
Invoices are not issued before payment.
Accepted international payment methods
For international customers, SafetyMails accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Visa
- PayPal
Payment confirmation is required before the invoice is generated.
Where to find the invoice
Once issued, the invoice is available directly in your SafetyMails account.You can access it at any time:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Your Account
- Open Transaction History
- Locate the purchase and download the invoice
Invoice delivery by email
In addition to being available in the platform, the invoice is also automatically sent by email.
- It is sent to the financial email address registered in the account
- The email is sent shortly after payment confirmation
Please check your spam folder and make sure the financial email address is correct.
Invoice not available: what to check
If the invoice is not available yet, please check:
- Whether the payment has been confirmed
- If you are logged into the correct account
- If the transaction was completed successfully
