Choose between Pay-As-You-Go or Subscription for validating your emails

SafetyMails offers two modes of use: the one-off purchase of credits, ideal for those who just want to validate an email list, and the credit subscription, recommended for those who need to constantly validate their lists and use the API in real time to protect registration forms from invalid leads.


The credit subscription can be contracted on a monthly or annual basis, guaranteeing greater convenience and savings.

1 - Consumption of credits in email validation

The consumption of credits at SafetyMails is straightforward: each verified e-mail consumes 1 credit. It is important to ensure that your account has enough credits before starting a validation.


Important notes:
  • If your list has, for example, 1,200 emails, you need to have at least 1,200 credits available.
  • The real-time verification API requires an active subscription to work, as well as available credits.
📌Please note: Email addresses that have been classified as "Pending" will have their credits returned to the customer's account.

2- Single purchases of credits

If your need for email validation is sporadic, you can purchase credits on a one-off basis. Each verified email consumes 1 credit, allowing you to control your spending precisely.

How to buy single credits

  • Log in to your SafetyMails account.
  • On the main screen, click on "Buy Credits" or use the "cart" option in the top menu.
  • Select the quantity of credits you want.
  • Provide the data required to issue the invoice.
  • Choose the payment method available for your country and checkout.


Once payment has been confirmed, the credits will be released into your account, allowing you to start validating immediately.

3- Credit subscription

For companies that need to validate emails regularly or wish to use the real-time verification API, SafetyMails offers monthly credit subscription plans. These plans guarantee the continuous availability of the service, providing practicality and savings.


Subscription advantages:
  • Practicality: Receive credits automatically every month, ensuring service continuity without the need for frequent manual purchases.
  • Savings: Subscription plans offer more affordable prices compared to individual purchases.
  • Real-time API: An active subscription is required to use the real-time email verification API in forms, applications and landing pages.

How to buy your credit subscription

  1. Log in to your SafetyMails account.
  2. Click on "Buy credits" or on the shopping cart icon in the top menu.
  3. Select the "Credit subscription" option.
  4. Choose the amount of monthly credits you want.
  5. Choose between a monthly or annual subscription.
  6. Enter your details to issue the invoice.
  7. Select your preferred payment method and complete the contract.

4- Auto Refill

To avoid service interruptions due to a lack of credits, SafetyMails offers an automatic top-up feature. By activating it, an additional volume of credits is automatically inserted into your account when the balance reaches a predefined limit.

How to activate automatic recharge

  1. Go to "Financial Information" in the user menu.
  2. Click on "Enable automatic recharge".
  3. Set the amount of credits to be added and the minimum balance that will trigger the recharge.
  4. Save the settings.

📌Automatic recharge is only available for credit card payments.

8- Available Payment Methods

SafetyMails offers various payment options to meet the needs of its customers. The methods available may vary depending on the country, including:


  • Credit Card: Immediate release of credits after payment confirmation. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
  • PayPal: Available for international customers, with fast processing.
